My name is Matt Elher (he/him).

I am the Administrator at the Thurston Mason Crisis Triage program. I鈥檝e been at 成人头条 for 4.5 years.

In my view, the best part of my job is bringing people together to work toward a common goal.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that we treat everyone as a human being, whether they are a client, staff, or visitor.

When I鈥檓 having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing each day, no matter how small it may seem, we are making an impact in people's lives.

If I were going to describe 成人头条 in three words, they would be hope, respect, and caring.
