About Kern FSP
Kern Full Service Partnership (FSP) is opening in partnership with to provide wraparound services to Kern County residents.
Our program is based on the FSP/ACT model which offers a range of services that is comprehensive, culturally competent, and flexible. Our wraparound approach includes formal therapeutic interventions and informal supports like family involvement and advocacy, and linkages to community-based organizations and resources to give you a complete and comprehensive recovery..
Essentials At A Glance
Program Type: Community-based
Who We Serve: Residents of Kern County ages 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who may be:
ƒ Homeless or at-risk of homelessness
ƒ At risk for hospitalization or institutionalization
ƒ Involved in the criminal justice system
ƒ Transitioning from institutional care
ƒ Not successful with traditional mental health care
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
